Notable achievements

• Amongst the team of Lawyers carrying out a large merger between two conglomerates worth N500 billion and ensuring that all regulatory compliance is effected accordingly.
• Spearheaded the liquidation of a multi-million Naira project and coordinated the active participation of all relevant key players upon the successful completion of the project carried out in the South-South region of Nigeria.
• Successfully represented our client in the Oil & Gas sector specifically mediating all civil disputes between them and the Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC).
• Carrying out notable internal restructuring at the designated regulatory agencies on behalf of our clients who are constantly evolving in their business dynamics.
• Participated in the procurement of a Pioneer Status Incentive on behalf of a client engaging in construction services worth 200 million Dollars.
