Grace is a member of the Corporate/Commercial and Data Protection practice groups. She is highly experienced in drafting and reviewing various legal documents, data mapping, analysis/audit, and Intellectual Property. She helps corporations navigate the regulatory framework required for complex business transactions and has successfully worked on complex commercial transactions such as Mergers & Acquisitions, Management Buyout, and Brand Protection.

Grace has worked with and advised conglomerates across diverse business sectors, particularly where there is an imbalance of bargaining power.
